"I have always walked on the front part of my feet with my heels off the ground since I was a little girl. So the art of wearing high heels was an easy achievement for me. I remember as a teenager, we would party at the Mississippi River with a keg or two of beer. Since we were underage, eventually the police would come and everyone would scatter in all directions. I happened to usually have my father’s car and would always scale the high embankments and arrive at the car first before everyone else. The guys could not believe I could run so fast in high heels and my reply was when the police are after me, I had no desire to lollygag.

I remember once scaling a fence (I performed this feat many times in high heels) and when I jumped to the ground, I broke my heel in half. That’s the last time I bought a pair of shoes from Wild Pair. I was and still am horrified at the big clunky platform shoes I see in the stores. Clearly these were designed without any of the following adjectives in mind: sexy, pretty, stylish, petite, and classy. People often stop and ask me how I can wear my high heels. Some are nice and others are quite snotty. Clearly they don’t notice the ugly shoes most women wear today or they wouldn’t ask me such an asinine question.

For years I relied on Gussini Shoe store for my footwear. I am a perfect size eight medium so I am easy to buy shoes for. However, they went out of business and the fifteen pairs of shoes I bought at their closing eventually wore out. I was desperate because I can wear flat shoes but will awaken at night with severe leg cramps. Also I have been told my legs are my best assets and the high heels accent them. I thought my fate was to end up like most women and have to wear ugly shoes. So I was quite in a quagmire until I found Classic Pumps (my shining foot and armor) on the Internet.

I am also very lucky because I have a wonderful mother who buys me a pair of high heels from Classic Pumps for my birthday and Christmas. This, plus the occasional pair I buy for myself, keeps my shoe needs satisfied. I am indebted Classic Pumps. Thanks forever....Julie."
