I am writing to tell you how much I love -- and I do mean LOVE -- my three new pairs of Bella shoes. These are easily the best-fitting and most comfortable pumps I have ever worn. I have very hard-to-fit feet, because I am a C-width in the toe, an A-width in the heel, and I have a small bunion as well. So really great-looking shoes -- when I can find them, which is almost never -- rarely fit me well enough to actually buy and wear. I end up buying mostly shoes with low, chunky heels that I really don't like, and that do nothing for my appearance. Yuck. Since I have a combination-width foot, I also usually end up buying B-width shoes and having them professionally stretched a bit in the toe box. That generally produces a comfortable fit, but I never know whether the shoe will in fact fit me well until AFTER the toe box has been stretched and the shoe can no longer be returned -- whether it fits or not.

Thing is, I LOVE pretty shoes, so not being able to find them/wear them is emotional torture for me! It appears that your wonderful Bella shoe has just solved my problem. These shoes are not only beautiful, stylish and sexy, but they are also remarkably comfortable. Even with my wide toe and slight bunion. The leather on these shoes is so soft and pliable that I have not needed to have any of the three pairs stretched, and I have worn each of them for at least a full day. They fit my wider toe comfortably without slipping off of my narrow heel, and the vamp, while retaining a hint of toe cleavage, is nonetheless high enough to accomodate that pesky little bunion. And they conformed to my feet almost immediately, with very little break-in time.

In a nutshell, these shoes are both beautiful AND forgiving, and can work very well for someone who loves the look of a classic thin-heeled pump but does not have that perfect B-width foot. I love these shoes, and I hope that they're available forever. And if Spanish Leather EVER threatens to discontinue them, you must PROMISE to warn me, so that I can stockpile! Because I am determined to never again be without these gorgeous, comfortable shoes."

"Ohhh, Wow! The color was my original concern, I've been looking for six months for appropriate shoes in gray - my wardrobe has been limited to black and navy because those were the only 'close' shoes I could find or had. I'm a true size 5, constantly compromising with 5 1/2's with the least clunky heel possible. No More!!! Not only was the gray a perfect balance color, I was amazed when I tried them on (I wouldn't even do it until I checked if they would match). That's when I just went 'Wow'! I have some really beautiful and some really expensive shoes, but I have never stepped into anything that felt so comfortable first shot!

I threw out 3 pairs of 'compromise' shoes on my first steps 'off the carpet'! Here's to a beautiful love / hate relationship - the love of your shoes and the hate of my bank balance that I can't order all the ones I want at once! I chuckled when I read the disclaimer about if you don't like the fit of our shoes in the first 30 minutes, ship them back. It took me 3 minutes to strut across wood floors guaranteeing that they would never go back! Size 5's and my favorite 4" heels - that would be bliss enough for a shoe lover but they're more comfortable than my slippers!

Thank you for staying true to 'pretty shoes'! Grandma always taught me that'classic never goes out of style'. I'm glad she hasn't endured my search in the nineties! She would love you guys, as do I! Keep it up or you will bring me to tears! And they thought my 3" heels and ankle bracelets were a challenge to 'office attire'. Short skirts, long skirts, 4' heels.......Classic pumps!

I have finally browsed though your web site today.  I had to get the address from my significant other. He wouldn't tell me because he was afraid I would keep buying shoes from you.  They are the most comfortable high heels I have ever had, in my life, period. I had paid twice as much before, but they were not close to what yours are.

I wouldn't say that until I worn the Lola for a full 16 hours last Friday. I wore them to work from 8 a.m. and went out at night until 12 O'Clock midnight. The only thing I missed was the usual pain then I have after wearing other 3-1/2" for about 5 to 6 hours. Even though the size 11.5 in Lola is actually 4-1/2". It was a great feeling (I hope I used the right word). After that night I have told my significant other if he doesn't tell me where to buy these shoes soon, the result could be unthinkable. So he gave in. :).

I was with my "significant other", as an exhibitor, at a five-day convention last week. For 10-12 hours a day, all five days, the only shoe I wore was a pair of black Lola. For those who may not know, standing in a room as an exhibitor is a lot harder then walking around. It used to be 2 days of heels and three days of flats. This time with five days of 4.5" heels, I can still "run" at the end of the convention. With little back pain I don't even remember. Your shoes are amazingly comfortable, so I am placing another order for three more pairs of Lolas.

Another thing that struck me funny was my "significant other" told me that he caught a lot of men looking at my legs while they were in our show room. I ended up wearing jeans on the last day of the convention, it didn't help.  I think they were looking at my shoes. For another bonus, I talked to those "lookers" and did a lot of business with them. Walt, I think I can start using your shoes as one of my sales tools. :))"

My story...I could no longer find the Spanish Leather Collection shoes I've been buying for so many years.  Recently, I received a magazine in the mail that offered catalogs for a small fee.  I saw an ad for Classic Pumps, so I ordered the shoes hoping to find shoes that I liked.  To my surprise, when I received the catalog, I found the EXACT shoe I'd been buying that I love so much.  So, I immediately placed an order for two pairs of shoes.  Well, in placing the order, I accidentally ordered the wrong heel height.  This put me in a blazing panic because the white shoes were to be worn with my Wedding Dress, and I only had 3 days to exchange the shoes and get the ones I wanted.

Just to let you know the shoes arrived today and I love them. I will probably be ordering another pair soon. It cost me 20.21p to get them from customs ($33.54) for a total cost of  $119.54. However, it's worth it when I cannot get my size here, much less the classic style. FYI, the average width of a British lady's foot is "C" while it is "B" in America, and there are plenty of stores that sell even wider sizes. I might mention, even though I may have previously told you, that I am an American expat living in England. Not too long ago, I found a store in Nottingham which sold the B width. However, when I got there, to my dismay the selection was extremely limited and, of course, "clunky."
