There are three ways to order from Classic Pumps:

If you are ordering shoes from us for the first time, please limit your order to 2 pair per style. Although we appreciate your business, you'll be happier with our shoes if the first ones you purchase look great and feel great on your feet. We want to help you get the shoes you want with the proper fit, while minimizing your shipping costs.

Email your order by completing our secure on-line order form, then click the "Send to Classic Pumps" button. For your protection, we will confirm your order via email within 48 hours and advise you of its status. If you do not receive a response from us within 48 hours, it is because you did not supply a correct email address. If order confirmation is returned to us as undeliverable, your order will not be processed.

Your credit card billing address is required to process your order and to protect you against credit card fraud. If the billing address is not provided or if it does not match the address that the credit card issuing bank has on-file for you, you will be contacted and your order will not be processed.

If you are concerned that your credit card information might be unlawfully intercepted over the internet, please email us--with your concerns and we'll be happy to discuss your options.

Simply print and complete the order form, then call us (630-385-2047) to place your order. Or, use one of the fax numbers shown above to send your completed order. If you are unable to print the form, please be prepared to give us the following information:

• style name or number
• size
• color

• your credit card number (VISA or MasterCard only)
• credit card expiration date
• current billing address including zip code
• ship-to address if different from the billing address
• a phone number, fax number, or email address so we can contact you if we have questions about your order.

Yes, we ship internationally. Please read International Shipping for information about charges and our policies. Email us with your shipping requirements and we'll quote you a price before shipping your order. Due to some recent fraudulent credit card usage, we will email you a confirming copy of your order that you MUST return email to us before your order will be shipped.

All shoe sizes given are US sizes. Before you order, you may want to consult our International Shoe Size Comparison Chart to help you determine the correct size to order.

Every 6th pair of shoes or 6th handbag purchased earns an automatic 25% discount on that pair of shoes or handbag.

Payment by Check

If paying by personal or company check, please allow 2 weeks for your check to clear. To have your order shipped more promptly, please pay by credit card, money order or certified check.

Our brochure includes pictures and descriptions of some of the shoe and handbag styles shown here at our website; it is NOT the complete Classic Pumps catalog. If you would like to order our brochure, please complete the secure order form, then click the "Send to Classic Pumps" button. Or, fax your completed order form to one of the numbers listed above. Brochure postage and handling charges are shown below:

• For customers in the US:$1.00 in US funds or charge to your credit card.
• For customers OUTSIDE the US and Canada: $2.00 in US funds or charge to your credit card.

When you place an order after receiving our brochure, subtract the postage and handling charge from your total.
