Depending upon the destination, our standard domestic shipping method, is currently UPS ground service. Insured U.S. Postal Service Parcel Post is available for shipping to post office boxes and maybe be slightly higher than our standard UPS shipping cost.

Shipping cost will be provided to you in your order confirmation or upon email request. Please note that Parcel Post mail is not trackable.

Shipping/handling cost is not refundable.

If you're in a hurry or if you require a guaranteed time-definite delivery, FedEx overnight, 2 day and 3 day economy shipping are available as extra cost options. We'll be happy to quote you a price on shipping charges via email before your order is shipped.

For example, shipping 2 pair of shoes to any continental U.S. destination via 2 day FedEx would be approximately $20.00....$8.00 more than our standard ground shipping price.

FedEx International or USA Postal Service Express Mail shipping are also available as an extra cost options should you desire faster or time-definite International arrival. We'll be happy to quote you a price and approximate arrival time via email if you email us before you place your order.

Note that FedEx International shipping may not include your local taxes and duties and the price that we quote you may not reflect these items. We have no way of knowing what they are.

$14.00 for one or two pair via UPS ground service. Add $2.00 for each additional pair of shoes.

For approximately $20.00 (only $8.00 more than the $10.00 for standard shipping) you can request 2 day FedEx air shipping to any domestic U.S. address.

Shipping charges vary from one country to another. The table below gives you some examples of insured air mail shipping charges for 1 pair of shoes to various international destinations. Cost for shipping multiple pair in a single order will be provided to you with your order confirmation, prior to shipping.

Classic Pumps has no way of accurately determining delivery times to international destinations. Time can vary from one week (express mail) to over three months, even with air mail shipping. Although insured air mail is typically reliable, its downside is that there is no way of tracking packages, UNLESS you use Express Mail (costs in the chart above). We have yet to "lose" a single package using air mail. However, some packages (even to Canada) have taken two months to arrive. We've even had some packages returned to us as "undeliverable" typically because of an incorrect address.

If you choose standard air mail (rates are approx $5.00 lower than express mail) rather than Express Mail, Classic Pumps will NOT refund your money if the shoes don't arrive in what YOU feel is a timely manner. We MUST have the shoes back in order to issue a refund or exchange, and they must be returned to us without us paying any duty or brokerage fees.

If you are concerned about time-definite delivery, then we suggest you use USPS Express/trackable Mail (rates in the table above) or FedEx International shipping. We want to get shoes to you as quickly as you want to have them.

Classic Pumps has no way of determining the duties and and taxes for International destinations. You are responsible for paying any local duty and tax. Please check with your local customs office on their policies. Unless you tell us otherwise, your shoes will be insured for their full value and content described as shoes.
